2204 candidates clear JPSC Civil Services PT

The Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) has released the results of the Jharkhand Combined Civil Services Preliminary Competitive Examination-2025. A total of 2,204 candidates has been declared successful. This examination was conducted on April 19.
The Commission released the results following the Jharkhand High Court’s decision to lift the stay on their publication.
The Commission has also stated that it reserves the right to rectify any errors or typographical mistakes that may come to light regarding the results. The date for the Main Examination has also been announced; it will be held from July 18 to July 20.
The online application process for successful preliminary candidates to appear in the Main (Written) Competitive Examination began on Friday. The deadline for applications is 5:00 PM on July 9. The Commission has also issued detailed guidelines regarding this on its website. The Main Examination will be conducted in two shifts each day over the three-day period.
On the first day, July 18, the first paper will be held in the first shift and the second paper in the second shift. Similarly, on July 19, the third paper will be held in the first shift and the fourth paper in the second shift. On the final day, July 20, the fifth paper will be held in the first shift and the sixth paper in the second shift.
According to the Commission, candidates must mandatorily submit the downloaded copy of their online application along with clear, legible, and self-attested photocopies of the required certificates—matching the details entered in the online application—to the Commission’s office by 5:00 PM on July 14. These documents must be submitted via Speed Post, Registered Post, or by hand to the address: “Controller of Examination, Jharkhand Public Service Commission, Circular Road, Ranchi, 834001.”
