Vaibhavee Srivastava Awarded Ph.D. in Criminal Law with Ground breaking Research on Child Protection Acts
Vaibhavee Srivastava, daughter of senior Chartered Accountant Jayashankar Jaipuriar and Leena Jaipuriar, and wife of Anmol Srivastava, has successfully completed her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Criminal Law. Her research, titled “A Comparative Study of Child Protection Acts and Judicial Decisions between India and the United States of America”, was carried out at Sai Nath University.
Under the expert guidance of Dr. Nagendra Sharma, Dean of the Faculty of Legal Studies and Research, Vaibhavee completed her thesis with distinction. She expressed deep gratitude to the University’s Vice-Chancellor, Colonel Dr. S.P. Agrawal, her mentors, and her parents, acknowledging their unwavering support and blessings as the foundation of her achievement.
“This accomplishment is the result of divine grace, my parents’ unconditional love, constant encouragement, and the trust and inspiration of my family,” said Vaibhavss. “Without them, completing a Ph.D. in a challenging subject like law would not have been possible,” she added.
