Sarala Birla Public School, Ranchi, put up a commendable performance at the SGFI Taekwondo Selection Trial 2026, with five students securing top positions and qualifying for the School Games National Championship under the School Games Federation of India (SGFI).
Tanvi Vats of Std. VIII, Siya Shukla of Std. XI and Riddhima Singh of Std. XI secured First Place in their respective categories, while Ansh Thakur of Std. X and Shreya Nandi of Std. X secured Second Place.
Their impressive performance at the selection trial reflected their rigorous training, determination, discipline and sporting spirit. With all five students qualifying for the national-level competition, the achievement added another proud chapter to the school’s growing record in Taekwondo and competitive sports.
Principal Manisha Sharma congratulated the students on their outstanding achievement and appreciated their dedication, perseverance and commitment to excellence. She wished them continued success as they prepared to represent the school at the SGFI Nationals.
