Life Savers Ranchi Honoured for Promoting Voluntary Blood Donation

Ranchi-based voluntary organisation Life Savers was honoured in Ahmedabad on Tuesday for its outstanding contribution to the promotion of voluntary blood donation and support to blood transfusion services in India. The recognition was conferred by the National Blood Transfusion Council and the Directorate General of Health Services, Government of India, in acknowledgement of the organisation’s sustained efforts in encouraging voluntary blood donation and strengthening blood transfusion services.
