The partnership also covers coal gasification, geological and geophysical investigations, GIS surveying, infrastructure engineering and environmental monitoring.
Speaking on the occasion, CMPDI CMD Chaudhari Shivraj Singh said the collaboration would align CMPDI’s technical expertise with NML’s strategic objectives, strengthening project execution, institutional capacity and sustainable mining practices to support India’s energy security.
NML CEO Subrat Kumar Dash said the company looks forward to leveraging CMPDI’s expertise in exploration, mine planning and environmental engineering to accelerate responsible mine development and improve operational efficiency.
Officials said the strategic alliance reflects the commitment of both organisations to promoting technology-driven, sustainable and efficient mining practices while contributing to India’s vision of self-reliance and strengthening the country’s energy and mining sectors.
