Devotees pay homage to social worker on third death anniversary

The third death anniversary of social worker and founder of Dayal Builders late Gurdayal Singh Bhatia was observed with religious fervour and devotion at Gurudwara G-Town, Bistupur, on Sunday. A large number of devotees, relatives, friends and members of the Sikh community gathered to pay homage to the departed soul and participate in the religious programme.
The observance began with the Bhog of the Akhand Path Sahib, followed by an inspiring Gurbani Kirtan Darbar. Renowned raagi Bhai Gurvinder Singh Ludhiana Wale rendered soulful hymns from the Guru Granth Sahib, creating a deeply spiritual atmosphere and inspiring the congregation with the message of faith, humility and selfless service.
The programme was organised by the family of the late Gurdyal Singh Bhatia. Family members, including Surendrapal Singh (Titu), Saheb Singh and other relatives, expressed gratitude to the sangat for their presence, prayers and support.
The organisers thanked everyone who attended the ceremony and contributed to making the religious observance a solemn and meaningful tribute to the memory of Gurdyal Singh Bhatia.
Several distinguished personalities from the Sikh community attended the event, including Bhagwan Singh (President, Central Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee), Shailendra Singh (Chairman), Inderjit Singh (General Secretary, Patna Sahib Gurudwara), Union leader Parbinder Singh Sohal including Jugsalai MLA Mangal Kalindi, and JMM leader Kunal Sarangi
