Kumar Prince, son of Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) Dwarika Nath Tiwari, posted at the Pakur Women’s Police Station, has secured an All India Rank (AIR) of 19,107 in NEET-UG 2026 after scoring 578 marks.
The achievement has brought pride to his family and sparked celebrations among relatives and well-wishers. His success is being seen as an inspiration for medical aspirants across the region.
A consistently bright student, Prince scored 97% in Class 10 and 98% in Class 12 from St. Joseph’s School, NTPC Kahalgaon, where he completed his schooling.
After completing higher secondary education, he prepared for NEET through online classes conducted by Kota-based LN Coaching Institute while studying from home. His disciplined routine, regular practice and focused preparation helped him secure an impressive rank in one of India’s most competitive entrance examinations.
Prince credited his success to consistent hard work and the unwavering support of his parents. His father, Dwarika Nath Tiwari, and mother, Deepa Tiwari, encouraged him throughout his preparation.
Aspiring to become a doctor, Prince said he views medicine not merely as a profession but as a means to serve society. He now hopes to secure admission to a reputed medical college and pursue his dream of serving patients.
His achievement highlights the importance of perseverance, proper guidance and family support in achieving success in competitive examinations.
