Principal Suraj Sharma of Chinmaya Vidyalaya Bokaro has been honoured with the Best Zonal Principal Award by the Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) for the 2025–26 academic session.
The award recognises his outstanding academic leadership, students’ achievements, and contribution to the overall development of the school in the Jharkhand zone.
Congratulating Sharma, Chinmaya Mission Bokaro Residential Acharya Swamini Samyuktananda Saraswati, Chairman Biswarup Mukhopadhyay, Secretary Mahesh Tripathi, and members of the school community lauded his leadership.
Mahesh Tripathi said Sharma’s guidance has enabled students to perform exceptionally in board examinations, JEE, NEET, and other competitive exams while promoting discipline, quality, and innovation in the school.
Accepting the honour, Sharma dedicated the award to the entire school family, crediting students, teachers, parents, and the management for the achievement and reaffirming the institution’s commitment to academic excellence and holistic development.
