Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) organized a Large Group Interaction (LGI) on the theme “FORWARD – Forging Operational Results with Accountability, Responsibility and Discipline,” with around 290 employees participating. Director In-Charge, Executive Directors and other senior officials attended the programme.
The interaction served as a platform for transparent dialogue between the top management and employees, reinforcing trust, accountability and discipline. The management highlighted the importance of safety, quality, cost efficiency and timely delivery, stressing that operational excellence can be achieved through optimum resource utilization, innovation and teamwork. Employees were encouraged to align their efforts with the plant’s organizational goals.
Discussions focused on the key elements of the FORWARD theme, including achieving the Annual Business Plan (ABP) 2026–27 targets, efficient use of resources, innovation, teamwork, accountability for safety and quality, and disciplined execution. Employees also shared suggestions and interacted directly with the management on productivity and workplace excellence.
The programme reaffirmed BSL’s commitment to promoting a participative work culture and strengthening employee engagement to achieve sustainable operational excellence.
