A delegation from the Jharkhand State Livelihood Employees’ Union met Rural Development Minister Deepika Pandey Singh on Monday to demand the early implementation of the new HR policy concerning the employees of the Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society (JSLPS).
The delegation said that JSLPS employees have long been demanding the implementation of the new HR policy. They argued that the new policy would bring clarity to service conditions and ensure better protection of employees’ interests. The delegation urged the government to take an immediate decision on this demand.
The meeting with the Rural Development Minister took place under the leadership of MLA from Pakur, Nishat Alam and MLA from Ramgarh, Mamta Devi. Both MLAs also emphasized the seriousness of the employees’ demands and urged the Government to take positive steps in this direction.
Deepika Pandey Singh listened attentively to all the points raised by the delegation. She assured them that the employees’ demands and issues would be given due consideration at the departmental level and that necessary action would be taken in accordance with the rules.
