Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) launched the Freedom 2.0 scheme for customers to celebrate India’s Independence Day. Under the new scheme customers get a trial pack for ₹1 featuring 1 GB daily data, 100 SMS per day, and unlimited voice calls with a 24-day validity.
Also under Fibre Freedom Broadband Plan: Priced at ₹1,111 per month, this high-speed plan offers 200 Mbps internet speed, 5,000 GB of data, and 25+ OTT platform subscriptions.
Free Live TV Service: BSNL mobile users get free access to roughly 500 live television channels through the revamped BSNL Selfcare New app.Extra Validity on Annual Plan: Existing customers recharging the ₹2,399 annual prepaid plan receive 47 additional days, expanding total validity to 412 days.
BSNL Jharkhand Circle has registered 9% Growth in its Total Income in FY 2025-26 Vs 2024-25. Also EBIDTA grew by 134% in FY 2025-26 Vs FY2024-25 for which Jharkhand Circle was appreciated for its exceptional EBIDTA growth in the All India Review held by Hon’ble MOC on 23.04.2026 at New Delhi.
The above trend continued in FY 2026-27 also where in Q1, BSNL Jharkhand Circle registered an increase of 51% in Total Income in Q1 of FY 2026-27 Vs Q1 of FY 2025-26. For this exceptional performance, Jharkhand Circle was again appreciated for exceeding the quarterly business targets in the Hon’ble MOC meeting held on 13.07.2026 at New Delhi.
