SC to hear plea seeking CBI probe into JPSC exam ‘irregularities’
The Supreme Court on Monday will hear a public interest litigation seeking a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) or an independent probe into alleged irregularities in the Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2025, with the petitioner also seeking cancellation of the examination and a fresh test. A bench of Chief Justice Surya Kant and Justices Joymalya Bagchi and V Mohana is likely to take up the petition filed by activist Harisharan Devgan, through advocate Satyam Singh Rajput, for hearing.
