ESL Skill School empowers youth with certificates, offer letters and toolkits

ESL Steel Limited organised the Certificate, Offer Letter Distribution and Valediction Ceremony at ESL Skill School, reaffirming its commitment to youth skill development and sustainable livelihoods.
A total of 52 students participated in the programme. Sixteen trainees received course completion certificates, 18 were handed offer letters from recruiting organisations, while 47 students from the SPVI and FTOHA batches received professional toolkits to support their transition into the workforce.
The ceremony was attended by Suraina Rajan, District Development Manager, NABARD; Prahalad Rawat, Chief Financial Officer, ESL Steel Limited; Kunal Daripa, Head-CSR, ESL Steel Limited; Birender Kumar, Programme Manager, ESL Skill School; and Arun Kumar.
Ravish Sharma, CEO and Whole-Time Director, ESL Steel Limited, said skill development is a powerful tool for empowering communities and creating lasting socio-economic impact. He said the company remains committed to equipping local youth with industry-relevant skills and employment opportunities.
Prahalad Rawat said investing in skill development helps young people build sustainable careers while contributing to the region’s economic growth.
The programme included an overview of ESL Skill School’s initiatives, trainee testimonials, and the distribution of certificates, offer letters and toolkits before concluding with a vote of thanks.
