The Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee (JPCC) has constituted a Grievance Redressal Cell at the state party headquarters to ensure timely resolution of complaints received from party workers across the state.
The decision was taken by JPCC President Keshav Mahto Kamlesh on the directions of K. Raju, Permanent Invitee of the All India Congress Committee (AICC) and the party’s Jharkhand in-charge.
According to JPCC Media In-charge Rakesh Sinha, Narendra Lal Gopi, Jitendra Trivedi, Rajesh Chandra Raju, and Istiyaq Ahmad Toonu have been nominated as members of the newly formed cell.
The Grievance Redressal Cell will collect complaints from Congress units at the district and block levels and forward them to the concerned state office-bearers for prompt action. It will also be responsible for monitoring the disposal of complaints, ensuring follow-up, and facilitating coordination between the organisation and party workers.
Keshav Mahto Kamlesh expressed confidence that the newly appointed members would discharge their responsibilities with commitment, accountability, and organisational discipline. He said the initiative is aimed at making the state Congress organisation more responsive and worker-centric.
The party believes the formation of the Grievance Redressal Cell will strengthen communication and coordination within the organisation while ensuring the timely resolution of issues raised by party workers across Jharkhand.
