Bokaro, July 24: Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) has emerged as the highest contributor in terms of EBITDA among all integrated plants of Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) during the first quarter of the current financial year, reaffirming its position as one of the company’s strongest performing units.
The achievement comes as SAIL announced its Q1 financial results, with BSL leading all integrated plants in Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA).
The milestone reflects the plant’s strong operational discipline, efficient cost management, production excellence and unwavering commitment to continuous improvement. BSL’s performance has played a key role in SAIL’s robust quarterly results, highlighting the plant’s resilience and competitive strength.
Management attributed the success to the collective efforts of the entire BSL workforce, whose dedication and teamwork enabled the plant to deliver exceptional results despite a challenging business environment.
