The district administration in Ranchi will organize a two-day special camp across all polling stations to ensure the mapping of unmapped voters under the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) drive.
According to District Election Officer-cum-Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri, the camps will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2026, and Sunday, June 7, 2026. The camps will operate from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on both days. Booth Level Officers (BLOs) will be present at all polling stations during the camp to carry out voter mapping activities.
The initiative aims to ensure that all eligible voters who have not yet been mapped are included in the electoral process. Unmapped voters have been urged to visit their respective polling stations with the required documents to complete the process at the earliest.
The Deputy Commissioner appealed to all such voters to take advantage of the special camps and ensure their mapping is completed without delay.
The administration emphasized that the exercise is crucial for maintaining an accurate and inclusive electoral roll ahead of upcoming elections.
