Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) organised a ‘Manthan’ large group interaction for officers from various departments at the Human Resource Learning and Development Department auditorium. The programme aimed to strengthen inter-departmental coordination and facilitate dialogue between the plant’s top management and officers on strategic priorities, operational excellence, organisational development and employee welfare.
The Director In-Charge attended as the chief guest, along with executive directors, chief general managers and senior officers.
Discussions focused on BSL’s growth strategy, financial sustainability, production enhancement, infrastructure development, human resource empowerment and timely completion of projects. Participants also deliberated on efficient resource management, environmental responsibility, promotion of green building practices and creating cleaner, safer and more productive workplaces.
Addressing the officers, the management stressed the importance of teamwork, innovation, responsible leadership and a result-oriented work culture to achieve the plant’s goals. Officers from different departments also shared their suggestions and experiences, making the programme a significant initiative to promote participative leadership, transparent communication and continuous improvement across the organisation.
