Dalmia Bharat, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, provided 20 chairs to the District Industries Centre, Bokaro, on Tuesday for office use. The support is aimed at strengthening workplace facilities and improving convenience for visitors to the centre.
During the programme, DDC Shatabdi Majumdar inspected the District Industries Centre and took stock of the existing infrastructure and facilities. She emphasised the need for necessary maintenance of the building and directed the General Manager, Industries, to initiate correspondence with the Building Division for preparation of an estimate for repair and painting work. The initiative by Dalmia Bharat is expected to contribute to better functioning of the centre and enhance the facilities available to officials and visitors. Trainee IAS Arvind Radhakrishnan was also present on the occasion.
