SITE organises Tiranga Yatra
On August 14, 2026, a day before Independence Day, on the occasion of the 80th year of Independence, a grand Tiranga Yatra was organized under the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign 2026, with the theme “Tiranga in Our Hands, Patriotism in Our Hearts,” by students and faculty of Shashwat Institute of Teachers Education (SITE) on Friday.
The grand procession began from Shashwat Institute of Teachers Education, Hathup, Ranchi, under the leadership of college principal Sanjay Kumar Sinha. The event witnessed an exemplary blend of patriotism, discipline, and public participation.
Through the Prabhat Pheri, the B.Ed. trainees conveyed the message of patriotism and national unity and encouraged the general public to hoist the National Flag at their respective homes on the Independence Day as part of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign.
On this occasion, Mr. Kamalendra Nath Tripathi, Lecturer at Aditya Prakash Jalan College, along with all the Assistant Lecturers of the college and all the trainees of B.Ed second year, participated with great enthusiasm and excitement.
With patriotic slogans echoing throughout the procession, everyone conveyed a strong message of national unity, integrity, and respect for the Tricolour, according to a press release issued by the college principal Sanjay Kumar Sinha.
