Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) organized a grand ‘Tiranga Yatra’ and Morning Procession at DAV Public School, Gandhinagar on Monday as part of the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign.
Chief guest in the event was Head of the CC and PR Department, CCL, Alok Kumar Gupta and other departmental officials and employees, Principal of DAV Gandhinagar, PK Jha teachers and hundreds of students.
The Tiranga Yatra commenced from the school premises. Carrying the Tricolour, students, teachers, and CCL officials and employees toured the Gandhinagar campus with great enthusiasm. Accompanied by patriotic slogans and a deep sense of respect for the national flag, the procession traversed the entire campus before concluding back at the school premises.
It is noteworthy that the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign is being observed from August 9 to August 17 across various coalfields, including the CCL headquarters. The Tiranga Yatra at the CCL Gandhinagar campus was organized as part of this campaign, aiming to further strengthen the spirit of patriotism, national unity and respect for the Tricolour among the people.
Speaking on the occasion, Gupta stated that the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign serves as a vital medium to convey the spirit of national unity, integrity, and patriotism to the masses. He noted that such events help reinforce a sense of pride and responsibility towards the country, especially among the younger generation. He added that CCL has always actively participated in social causes and national campaigns and remains committed to spreading positive messages in society through such initiatives.
