The 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Limited (CMPDIL) was held on Monday through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) from the Company Headquarters in Ranchi. The meeting was presided over by Chaudhari Shivraj Singh, Chairman-cum-Managing Director, CMPDIL.
The Board Members present at the meeting included Functional Directors of CMPDIL viz., Ajay Kumar, Director (T/P&D); Rajeev Kumar Sinha, Director (T/ES); Nripendra Nath, Director (T/CRD); Anand Mohan, Director (RD&T, BD). Mukesh Agrawal, Director (Finance), Coal India Limited (CIL) & Part-time Official Director, CMPDIL; Marapally Venkateshwarlu, Director (Technical), Ministry of Coal & Part-time Official Director, CMPDIL; and Independent Directors Rajesh Davera and Anand Shekhar Singh and B.P. Dubey, CS, CIL, representative of Coal India Limited.
Sudip Dasgupta, Chief Financial Officer, and Abhishek Mundhra, Company Secretary, Representatives of the Statutory Auditors (M/s Deoki Bijay & Co.), Cost Auditors (M/s Shome & Banerjee), and Secretarial Auditor & Scrutinizer (M/s Mahata Agarwal & Associates) were also present.
The shareholders participated actively through the remote e-voting and VC platform to consider and vote upon the resolutions relating to ordinary and special business placed before the Annual General Meeting.
