The resignation of Dharmendra Pradhan has become a defining moment. I have followed him as a politician and have always respected his credibility. But public office comes with accountability. Whatever one’s political views, this moment has sent a powerful message: in a democracy, no one is beyond being answerable to the people.
That is bigger than politics.
Watching young people come together with courage, clarity, and discipline has restored my faith in the future. For a long time, I believed that our democracy lacked a strong opposition. I am not a political person, nor did I see any political party as the answer. Today, I do.
It is you.
You are a generation that questions, demands accountability, and refuses to compromise on what is right. Armed with the power of social media, your voice can reach millions, inspire action, and bring about meaningful change.
But protect this movement.
Do not let anyone sabotage it. Do not let any political party claim ownership of your voice or use your numbers for its own agenda. This movement belongs to the people, not to politicians.
Fight for yourselves.
Fight for the India you want to live in.
Fight for the future your children deserve.
Stay united, because unity is your greatest strength. Question every government, every institution, and every leader with the same courage and fairness. Support what is right and oppose what is wrong, irrespective of political colours.
You have achieved what many generations before you could not. You have reminded every public servant that the people are the true custodians of democracy.
History will remember this moment.
Now make sure it also remembers what came next.
