CJJD exam hearing on Aug 31

A hearing took place in the Jharkhand High Court regarding a petition urging the court to quash the order canceling the recruitment process for the Civil Judge Junior Division examination, issued through a notification by the government of Jharkhand. Today, the petitioner’s side requested an early hearing on the matter in the High Court. A division bench of the High Court, comprising Chief Justice M.S. Sonak and Justice Rajesh Shankar, has scheduled the hearing for August 31. Aditya Bhaskar and Ayush Kumar Verma filed a petition in the High Court challenging the Civil Judge Junior Division (Advertisement No. 22/2023) recruitment. Advocates Abhay Anand and Sonal represented the petitioner.
