CMPDI in line with its commitment towards community development and youth empowerment signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with Frontline Global Services (FGS), Ranchi, on 05th August, 2026 for implementation of a residential skill development training programme under CMPDI’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative for the financial year 2026-27. Under this initiative, 60 unemployed youths from Jharkhand will receive residential training in the “Phlebotomy Technician” course. CMPDIL has sanctioned a budget of ₹73.62 lakh for the project.
The MoA was exchanged between Sanjay Kadambar, General Manager (HR/CSR) & Nodal Officer (CSR), CMPDIL, and Nilofer Ara, Trustee, Frontline Global Services (FGS), Ranchi. Officials from the HR/CSR Department of CMPDI (HQ) and representatives of Frontline Global Services were also present during the signing ceremony.
The Phlebotomy Technician course is aimed at equipping Trainees with the knowledge and practical skills required for collecting blood samples and supporting diagnostic procedures in healthcare establishments. On successful completion of the training, the candidates will be qualified to work in hospitals, laboratories, nursing homes, physicians’ clinics, blood banks, diagnostic centres, infusion centres, blood donation centres and other healthcare institutions as certified phlebotomy technicians.
The residential training programme has been designed to enhance the employability of unemployed youth by providing industry-relevant skills, practical exposure and certification in phlebotomy. Through this initiative, CMPDIL aims to create sustainable livelihood opportunities and enable Trainees to secure gainful employment in the rapidly growing healthcare sector.
