In a bid to ensure a smooth, transparent, and hassle-free experience for devotees during the ongoing Rajkiya Shravani Mela 2026, Deputy Commissioner Abhijit Sinha personally inspected the operational efficiency of the QR code-based grievance and feedback system. Assessing the technology on the ground, the Deputy Commissioner scanned the displayed QR codes using his mobile phone to review the real-time reporting workflow and instructed officials to ensure prompt redressal of all incoming inputs.
Emphasizing the role of public participation in large-scale event management, Deputy Commissioner Sinha noted that the feedback mechanism allows pilgrims to directly communicate their concerns and suggestions to the district administration without going through complex formal procedures. The system enables devotees to scan the code displayed across the mela region on their smartphones and instantly log issues related to amenities, cleanliness, or logistics.
According to the district administration, all submissions received through the platform are being actively monitored to facilitate immediate corrective action and continuous operational improvements. By leveraging technology, the administration aims to enhance public engagement while ensuring accountability, transparency, and a safe, satisfactory pilgrimage experience for every visitor.
