Reiterating Bokaro Steel Plant’s commitment to quality healthcare, the Director In-Charge (DIC) emphasized a patient-first approach while addressing a Large Group Interaction (LGI) at Bokaro General Hospital (BGH).
The interaction brought together doctors, paramedical staff, healthcare workers and senior BSL officials to discuss ways to enhance healthcare delivery, operational efficiency and teamwork. The programme also focused on fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in hospital services.
The Chief Medical Officer welcomed the participants. The Assistant General Manager (Learning & Development) presented BSL’s achievements and future roadmap, while the General Manager (Medical & Health Services) highlighted BGH’s medical facilities, infrastructure development and upcoming initiatives.
Addressing the gathering, the DIC urged employees to work with dedication, innovation and a collaborative spirit to further strengthen patient care. He stressed that open communication and constructive feedback from employees would remain vital for improving hospital services and said such interactions would continue on a regular basis.
The session concluded with an interactive discussion in which doctors, paramedical staff and healthcare workers shared their suggestions and experiences with the management.
