NIT Jamshedpur and BA College of Engineering ink deal for academic excellence

In a significant step towards strengthening academic collaboration and promoting innovation, BA College of Engineering & Technology (BACET), Jamshedpur signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur.
The MoU aims to establish a long-term partnership in the areas of academic cooperation, research, faculty development, student mentoring, innovation, entrepreneurship, skill development, internships, industrial interaction, and the exchange of knowledge and expertise. The collaboration will also facilitate joint seminars, workshops, conferences, research projects, and technology-driven initiatives that will benefit students and faculty members of both institutions.
The partnership reflects the shared commitment of both institutions to nurturing future-ready engineers, fostering a culture of research and innovation, and contributing to the advancement of technical education in the region.
The MoU was signed by Dr Goutam Sutradhar, Director, NIT Jamshedpur and Dr Shio Kumar Singh, Chairman, BA College of Engineering and Technology, Jamshedpur in the presence of senior officials and representatives of both institutions, marking the beginning of a mutually beneficial academic association.
The leadership of both organizations expressed confidence that this collaboration would open new opportunities for students and faculty while strengthening industry-academia linkages.
