Sarala Birla Public School (SBPS), Ranchi, organised Kalanjali – The Art Integrated Exhibition, offering Class X students a platform to showcase creativity, critical thinking and subject knowledge through innovative interdisciplinary projects.
Aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the exhibition integrated art, experiential learning and computational thinking, enabling students to connect classroom concepts with real-world applications. The exhibits covered subjects including English, Hindi, Sanskrit, Mathematics, Science, Social Science and Artificial Intelligence.
Some of the key projects included Nelson Mandela, A Triumph of Surgery, Reflection, Rhizonex, Rhizonex (AI Mobile App), Food Travels, Non-Cooperation Movement, Water Resource, Algebraic Identity Finder, Pop Sound Test for Hydrogen and Subhashitani.
Students, teachers and visitors appreciated the originality, presentation skills and innovative approach reflected in the exhibits, which highlighted the integration of academic learning with research and technology.
Principal Manisha Sharma said Kalanjali reflects the vision of NEP 2020 by promoting experiential, multidisciplinary and competency-based learning. She added that such initiatives help nurture creativity, collaboration, innovation and critical thinking, preparing students to become confident and future-ready global citizens.
