Miss Universe Jharkhand 2026 winner Deepali Riya paid a courtesy visit to Chief Minister Hemant Soren at the Chief Minister’s residential office on Kanke Road in Ranchi on Wednesday.
Congratulating Deepali on winning the prestigious state title, the Chief Minister wished her success in her future endeavours and lauded her achievement as a matter of pride for both Bokaro district and Jharkhand.
During the meeting, Deepali shared her journey to winning the Miss Universe Jharkhand 2026 crown, which she secured at the state-level competition held in Ranchi on March 29. She told the Chief Minister that she had devoted more than a year to rigorous preparation, undergoing intensive training in ramp walking, grooming and interview skills with dedication and discipline. Deepali is a resident of Bokaro.
Encouraging the young titleholder, Hemant Soren said her success would inspire many aspiring contestants across the state to pursue their dreams with confidence and perseverance. He added that Jharkhand has consistently produced talented individuals who have brought laurels to the state on various platforms, and expressed confidence that Deepali would continue to make the state proud in the future.
