Jay Prakash Pandey, leader of BJP Kisan Morcha Jharkhand Pradesh and convener of the Jharkhand State Social Welfare Anganwadi Workers’ Association, has expressed grave concern over the escalating conflict between the United States and Iran, which he described as “World War Part‑02.”
According to Pandey, recent airstrikes by the U.S. Air Force have triggered widespread instability across the Gulf region, with Lebanon, Israel, and other nations witnessing severe violence. He warned that Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps has threatened to close the Strait of Hormuz, a move that could endanger global trade and energy supplies.
Pandey emphasized that the situation is worsening as Russia intensifies its confrontation with NATO amid the ongoing Ukraine war, raising fears of a broader global conflict. He cautioned that humanity is facing unprecedented danger, with the potential for mass destruction and long‑term environmental damage.
Highlighting India’s position, Pandey urged the nation to remain alert and prepare for the possible fallout of this crisis. He stressed that safeguarding human civilization must be a priority, as future generations could suffer from both the violence and the pollution unleashed by such wars.
