Adani Power Godda was honoured at the Mining Summit organised by the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Ranchi for its operational excellence and CSR initiatives in the project area.
The award was presented by S.B. Agrawal, Chairman, PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Jharkhand, and Vice-Chancellor of Sai Nath University, at the event held at Hotel Ramada, Ranchi. Sanjeev Shekhar, Head–Corporate Services, Adani Power, received the award on behalf of the company.
The summit brought together senior representatives from the mining, power and industrial sectors. Those present included M.K. Dutta, Director, IBM; K.K. Mishra, Executive Director, MECON; Vijendra Singh, Director, Maa Ambe Mining; industrialist Pawan Bajaj; Piyush Ranjan, Vice-Chancellor, Jharkhand Rai University; and Madhu Mishra from the Jharkhand Tourism Department, along with representatives from Tata Power, CCL, Hindalco and Jindal.
