Best Employee of the Month awards presented at Bokaro Steel Plant

The Best Employee of the Month Award ceremony for May 2026 was held at Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL), where eight employees were honoured for their outstanding performance and significant contributions in their respective fields. Senior officials, departmental heads and other officers attended the programme.
Congratulating the awardees, the officials acknowledged the support of their families in their success and encouraged employees to embrace new challenges and adopt innovative solutions to sustain the plant’s growth.
The selected employees were presented with certificates of appreciation for their exemplary performance. The awardees and their family members also shared their experiences through video messages and thanked the management for the recognition.
The award scheme is an important initiative of Bokaro Steel Plant to motivate its workforce and promote a culture of excellence, while strengthening productivity, safety standards and commitment towards organisational goals.
