On the second day of BJP National president Nitin Nabin’s two-day visit to Jharkhand, a crucial meeting with state office bearers, presidents of state-level party wings (Morchas), district presidents, district in-charges, and representatives from the media, spokesperson, social media, and IT cell wings at party office.
Addressing the gathering, Nabin stated that the current team has been constituted with the goal of the 2029 elections in mind, and this very team will lead the party in the upcoming polls. He emphasized that, drawing lessons from past election experiences, every party worker must gear up and prepare for 2029 right away.
He asserted that Jharkhand was, is, and will remain a stronghold of the BJP. Although the party did not achieve the expected success in the last election—partly because the public was misled by the false promises of opposition parties—the people still hold more affection for the BJP in their hearts than for the ‘INDI Alliance’. He acknowledged that the party failed to fully win the public’s trust, a responsibility shared by all, but added that it is now time to transform the atmosphere of despair into one of hope. He stressed the need to revitalize the organization by motivating booth-level workers.
He called for discussions on addressing shortcomings at the booth level during ‘Shakti Kendra’ (power center) meetings. Furthermore, he instructed that the formation of all party wings (Morchas) be completed up to the Mandal level and set a target to build a team of at least 100 active workers in every Mandal.
The National President directed district presidents to respectfully carry along veteran and senior workers and to prepare a list of all workers associated with the party for three terms, reintegrating them into organizational activities. He emphasized that the party, not the individual, must always remain paramount. The organization can be strengthened by establishing better coordination between senior and junior workers.

He stated that meetings of the district and *Mandal* (regional unit) core committees must be held regularly every month. Emphasizing the mantra that “the nation is paramount and the party stands above the individual,” he called for prioritizing the interests of the organization above all else.
Addressing the district presidents, he directed that district offices be made organized and active. Offices should not merely serve as administrative hubs but should become centers for organizational activities and dialogue with party workers. Office bearers should be present at the office regularly to maintain contact with the workers.
Regarding the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) campaign, the National President instructed workers at all levels to carry out their duties with seriousness. He directed that the progress of the SIR campaign be reviewed regularly from the state to the booth level and that daily reporting be ensured through meetings held at the *Shakti Kendra* (power center) level.
He also emphasized the need to enhance coordination with organizations and workers belonging to the ideological family (*Vichar Parivar*), to compile a list of them, and to maintain regular contact. Describing field visits (*pravas*) as the most effective means for organizational expansion, he instructed all office bearers—from state presidents to *Mandal* presidents—to undertake regular visits and prepare reports on them every three months.
The National President also called for compiling a list of 500 prominent, enlightened citizens in each district and organizing dialogues and conferences with them. He noted that the BJP’s ideology and leadership have established a strong presence among the people right down to the booth level, which constitutes the party’s greatest strength.
Referring to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s resolve for a ‘Viksit Bharat 2047’ (Developed India 2047), he stated that this dream would only be realized if the BJP organization is strengthened at the booth level and workers dedicate themselves to organizational expansion with full commitment and energy.
At the conclusion of the meeting, he called upon all workers to pledge to further strengthen the organization with renewed enthusiasm, a fresh approach, and new energy.
