BSL wins Best Learning & Development Award at SAIL’s Gyan Utsav 2.0

Bokaro: Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) has been awarded the Best Learning & Development Award in the HR-L&D Initiatives Competition 2025-26 held under SAIL’s “Gyan Utsav 2.0”.
Organized online by the Management Training Institute (MTI), Ranchi, the competition saw participation from all integrated steel plants and units of SAIL. Based on the theme “Driving Performance Through Learning,” BSL secured the top position for its innovative learning initiatives, capability-building programmes, and result-oriented development strategies.
BSL was represented by AGM (HR-L&D) Amit Anand and AGM (HR-L&D) Rakesh Babu Velpuri, who showcased the plant’s digital learning, leadership development, skill enhancement, and workforce capability-building initiatives.
The award was presented by K. K. Singh to Neeta Ba, Chief General Manager (HR-L&D), BSL, during the inauguration of the Gyan Utsav 2.0 conference at the Management Training Institute on June 23. The achievement reflects BSL’s strong commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and professional excellence.
