Competitive examination aspirants in Jharkhand have launched a fresh campaign demanding greater transparency and comprehensive reforms in the recruitment process conducted by the Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) and Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC).
Under the banner of the JPSC-JSSC Reform Manch, students have announced a major digital campaign on social media platform X, with the hashtag #CBIForJPSCJSSC. Through the campaign, the aspirants are demanding a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe into alleged irregularities and repeated instances of paper leaks in competitive examinations.
Student representatives associated with the forum said repeated allegations of paper leaks and irregularities in recruitment processes had left the future of lakhs of young aspirants uncertain. They said a credible and independent investigation was necessary to restore the confidence of candidates in the examination system.
The students have raised three key demands. First, they have sought timely and impartial justice for affected candidates. Second, they have demanded that the entire recruitment and selection process be conducted transparently and without discrimination. Third, they have called for stronger examination security measures to prevent paper leaks and other irregularities in the future.
The forum has appealed to students across Jharkhand and other parts of the country to join the digital campaign and amplify their demands under the slogan, “Give us justice, give us our future, give us our rights.” The campaign comes amid continuing concerns among aspirants over the credibility and security of recruitment examinations in Jharkhand.
