Sahodaya appoints new GS, bids farewell to outgoing office-bearers

Dr. Radhakrishnan Sahodaya School Complex, Bokaro, held its General Body Meeting-cum-Farewell Ceremony at Mayfair Green Resort, bringing together principals, directors and representatives of member schools to discuss key educational initiatives and future plans.
The meeting was chaired by Dr. A. S. Gangwar, President of the Sahodaya School Complex and Principal of Delhi Public School, Bokaro. During the meeting, Brij Mohan Lal Das, Principal of Pitts Modern School, Gomia, was unanimously appointed as the new General Secretary of the organisation.
Vice-President P. Shailaja Jayakumar, Principal of Ayyappa Public School, Bokaro, presented the minutes of the previous meeting and outlined future programmes and activities.
A farewell ceremony was also organised for outgoing General Secretary Biswajit Patra. Speakers lauded his dedication, leadership and contribution to strengthening collaboration among member schools. On behalf of the Sahodaya fraternity, Dr. Gangwar presented Patra with a bouquet and memento in recognition of his services.
Expressing gratitude for the support received during his tenure, Patra extended his best wishes for the continued growth of the organisation.
The meeting also featured discussions on upcoming CBSE initiatives, capacity-building programmes, leadership development and innovative educational practices aimed at enhancing the quality of school education.
