BSL holds workshop on customer-centric work culture in mill areas

Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) organized a workshop on “From Mill Operator to Product Manager” at Cold Rolling Mill-III under its industry-academia collaboration initiative to promote a customer-centric work culture.
The programme was inaugurated by the Chief General Manager (Maintenance) and held under the leadership of the Chief General Manager (CRM-III). It focused on aligning manufacturing processes with customer expectations and business needs.
Keynote speaker Dr. Ramesh Roshan Das Guru emphasized that every department, including maintenance, production, quality and engineering, plays a vital role in customer satisfaction. He urged employees to go beyond production targets and focus on creating customer value through quality, reliability and continuous improvement.
The workshop reinforced BSL’s commitment to promoting continuous learning and strengthening customer-focused manufacturing practices.
