DC Bokaro attends Chinmaya Vidyalaya Induction Programme

June 2, 2026

Pioneer News Service, Bokaro

Deputy Commissioner Ajay Nath Jha attended the induction programme organized for Class XI students at Chinmaya Vidyalaya Bokaro on Tuesday. The programme was attended by Principal Suraj Sharma, members of the school management, teachers, parents, newly admitted students and other invited guests.

Addressing the gathering, the Deputy Commissioner emphasized the importance of knowledge, service and values in shaping a successful life. He urged students to focus on holistic personality development rather than merely securing high marks and encouraged them to make the best use of Classes XI and XII as foundation years for their future careers.

He highlighted the importance of in-depth learning, respect for all sections of society, social responsibility and Indian cultural values. Stressing that knowledge without values remains incomplete, he encouraged students to adopt service to society and the nation as a life goal.

The Deputy Commissioner also motivated girl students to pursue their aspirations with confidence and contribute meaningfully to society through education and achievement. During the programme, meritorious students and those who excelled in JEE Advanced 2026 were felicitated for their outstanding performance. The event concluded with appreciation for the students’ achievements and a call to uphold the ideals of knowledge, service and character.
