BSL hosts two-day customer meet

Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) on Friday inaugurated its two-day Customer Meet, bringing together major customers from across the country to discuss business growth, product quality and future opportunities.

The event was attended by Priya Ranjan, Director In-Charge, BSL, T.N. Natarajan, Director (Commercial), SAIL, and senior officials from SAIL, BSL and the Central Marketing Organisation. Addressing the gathering, officials thanked customers for their continued support and reiterated BSL’s commitment to quality products, timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. They also highlighted ongoing expansion plans aimed at meeting growing market demands.

An exhibition showcasing models developed by various BSL departments was organised, followed by visits to key production units where customers were briefed on manufacturing processes and technological advancements.

Marking World Environment Day, senior officials and customers planted saplings at Sahbhagita Udyan. The meet will conclude on June 6 with discussions on business development, product quality and supply management.
