Singh directed officials to complete the hospital building by March 2027, while the remaining works should be finished by July–August 2027, enabling the institution to begin admissions and academic activities from the 2027-28 academic session.
He inspected hospital wards, lecture theatres and other facilities, stressing adherence to quality standards and necessary improvements. The ACS also directed the development of a 50-bed dedicated paying ward and reviewed arrangements for patient and visitor movement within the campus.
Stating that the project is nearing completion, Singh instructed officials to modify doctors’ quarters as required and said the process for creation of essential posts for the medical college would begin soon. He further directed DC AN Jha to regularly monitor the project and ensure completion of all works within the stipulated timeline.
