Dalmia Bharat Foundation holds gynaecology health camp

Dalmia Bharat Foundation (DBF), the CSR arm of Dalmia Bharat Limited, organised a gynaecology health camp for women and adolescent girls at Marafari Panchayat in Bokaro as part of its commitment to community healthcare.
More than 100 women and adolescent girls from Marafari and nearby villages attended the camp, where they received free health check-ups, specialist consultations and medicines. The initiative focused on creating awareness about menstrual hygiene, reproductive health and the importance of early diagnosis of gynaecological conditions.
The medical consultations were led by renowned gynaecologist, who has over 35 years of experience. She volunteered her services along with a two-member medical team.
Project Head (Line-II) attended the programme as the chief guest. Marafari Panchayat Mukhiya, Panchayat Samiti member, ward members and representatives of the Ladies’ Club were also present.
Speaking on the occasion, , Unit Head of DCBL Bokaro, said women’s health is central to building healthy families and stronger communities. He said the foundation will continue to promote preventive healthcare through awareness initiatives and improved access to quality medical services.
