Sarala Birla Public School, Ranchi conducted the Investiture Ceremony for the academic session 2026–27, celebrating the emergence of a new generation of student leaders committed to service, discipline, and excellence.
The ceremony commenced on a serene and auspicious note with the Lighting of the Ceremonial Lamp. The atmosphere was further elevated by a soulful Saraswati Vandana, presented by the students, seeking the blessings of Goddess Saraswati for enlightenment and success.
A highlight of the ceremony was the Slow March by the newly elected Student Council, reflecting discipline, confidence, unity, and pride. Their synchronized march symbolized their readiness to shoulder the responsibilities entrusted to them with sincerity and dedication. The solemn Badge Conferring Ceremony marked the formal induction of the student leaders. Principal Mrs. Manisha Sharma, invested the office bearers with badges, symbolizing the trust and confidence reposed in them by the school. The newly elected council members then took the Oath of Office, administered by the Head Girl, pledging to uphold discipline, integrity, and the ethos of the school while serving as responsible role models for their peers.
The gathering was inspired by the thoughtful addresses delivered by the Head Boy and Head Girl, who expressed their gratitude and reaffirmed their commitment to lead with honesty, humility, and determination. The ceremony concluded with the School song and National Anthem, instilling a deep sense of patriotism and unity among all present.
Addressing the gathering, Principal Manisha Sharma congratulated the newly elected Student Council and reminded them that leadership is earned through service, compassion, and accountability. She encouraged the young leaders to uphold the school’s values, inspire their fellow students through exemplary conduct, and contribute meaningfully towards creating a vibrant and inclusive school community.
