A skill development program was organized by BTTI, Bhurkunda, from July 20, 2026, to Friday aimed at upgrading the skills of Category-1 employees from various areas of Central Coalfields Limited (CCL).
The program is a significant part of the series of skill development initiatives being conducted by BTTI under the guidance of CCL’s Human Resource Development (HRD) department during the 2026–27 financial year.
The concluding ceremony of the program was held today, July 24, 2026, and was graced by the presence of Barka-Sayal Area, General Manager (Mining), Ranjay Sinha, General Manager (HRD), CCL, MF. Haque and Chief Manager (HRD), Vikas Kumar Singh along with officials from BTTI, Bhurkunda.
The dignitaries present on the occasion interacted with the participants and motivated them to continuously develop their skills and prepare themselves to meet future work requirements.
During the program, participants received both classroom-based training and hands-on computer training. A total of 63 employees participated in this skill development program.
