BSL honours 9 officers with Executive of the Quarter awards

Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) honoured nine officers for their outstanding performance under its Executive of the Quarter Award Scheme at a felicitation ceremony. Director In-Charge Priya Ranjan presented the awards in the presence of executive directors, chief general managers and other senior officials.

Congratulating the awardees and their families, Director In-Charge Priya Ranjan said the recognition celebrates individual excellence while motivating employees to further strengthen BSL’s performance and work culture.

The award recipients were Sovan Goswami (SMS-2 & CCS), Shyam Ujjwal Medda (BNPT), Rakesh Kumar Bhardwaj (HSM), Anmol Kumar (Sinter Plant), Amit Kumar (CMM), Vijay Kumar (HRCF), S.K. Patra (Human Resources), Shubham Kaushik (EMD) and Ketan Arora (Technical Cell).

The Executive of the Quarter Award Scheme recognises officers for exceptional contributions in production, productivity, cost optimisation and innovation, encouraging a culture of excellence across BSL.
